FIMBUL FESTIVAL 2020 (A FESTIVAL STILL HAPPENING) SEE YOU THERE!

By X.K

As we approach September, we would, by now, have been around the globe covering our annual twenty-something festivals. This year we count four, moving towards the fifth, this first week in September, when one of the few outdoor festivals in Germany will take place in Bornstedt, Sachsen-Anhalt.

Fimbul Festival has given the attendees some very strict rules that need to be kept, with the current world situation, this is something we support to the fullest!

- Everyone attending will have to fill out this piece of paper and hand it over at the entrance.

- Everyone has to keep 1,5 meters distance on the entire festival area and camping area.

- Everyone needs to wear nose and mouth covering face masks when staying at the festival entrance, entrance to the camping area, at the food or other stalls, toilets and hygiene areas and in front of the stage.

There will be hand sanitizer installed throughout the festival, so keep yourself and those around you safe. These rules are mandatory by the state of Sachsen-Anhalt, if you do not comply with these rules it will lead to immediate deportation from the festival.

BANDS:

This edition of the festival presents 14 bands from Germany and Austria, facing the darker corner of metal music. Black metal is the main introduced genre while diving into the various sub-genres that represent atmospheric black metal, pagan, acoustic folk and some blackened death.
